Corporate volunteering at Surrey Docks Farm
Are you fed up with paint balling and making river rafts? Why not come and do some volunteer work at Surrey Docks Farm London for your corporate volunteering day? We have lots of projects that we need a bit of help with. There are regular every day projects like cleaning out the ponies stable and making sure the pigs are fed, all the way through to building a shed or irrigating a field. The sky is the limit.
We host groups throughout the year and aim to make volunteering days as enjoyable and interactive with farm life as possible. A typical corporate volunteering day at the farm would involve getting here for 9:30am, coffee in the cafe, health and safety brief and then onto the project. There is a break for lunch and then an afternoon session rounding up at 3:30pm.
We can be flexible on group size, but aim to have groups working in teams of ten. We use corporate volunteering as part of our fundraising initiative and as such charge for the days events. The charge varies on group size, task requirements, materials used etc. However, as we need to employ additional staff to supervise we’re not able to offer any corporate volunteer days for free.
If you would like to know more please get in touch by filling out the form at the bottom of this page and one of our team will be in touch.
Please note: We’re now fully booked until mid-August 2019 and while we have building work on site this summer, the maximum group size we can host is 10 people per day.
