Farm Gym

Summer drop-in volunteer project aimed running on Thursday evenings from April to mid September, from 6pm – 7:30pm. 

  • Get fit gardening
  • Strengthen muscles shovelling muck
  • Help your community farm

Sessions will involve activities to get you moving including sweeping, shovelling, digging, carrying, raking, hoeing, pruning, mucking out etc.

This is an adult (18+) only group and due to low staff ratios we require volunteers to be fully independent.

You’ll need to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and wear covered suitable footwear for farm work. Gloves will be provided.

There are only two sessions left this year on the following dates 5th September and 12th September 2019.

No commitment necessary, just come to one session or help us all month! Complete the below enquiry form to be added to our mailing list and to book onto the next dates.

Please note – to ensure safe ratios, we have a maximum group number and ask those interested to sign up on a weekly basis.
