Our River Room is a lovely unique venue in London available for hire on weekends. The room is located just off the Thames Path and overlooks our goat yard, making it a fantastic space for a children’s party!

During the week the river room is used as our classroom space for local primary schools, so it’s fully equipped with children’s tables and chairs. These can be pushed to one side and set up for adults use if needed, as we also have several large trestle tables and adult chairs which can be used. 

We strongly encourage you to come and take a look at the room before making a booking so we can show you the space. We are open 7 days a week from 10am-4pm and if you ask in the Farm Shop, someone should be able to show you the space!

Weekend Bookings

Over the weekends the room is available to hire on Saturday and Sundays from 11am – 3pm for a fee of £175. The hire period includes set-up and clearing away time and we ask for an additional refundable deposit. We’re not able to offer any extension to the hire period.

We leave the format of the party up to you. If you’d like to bring in a professional entertainer we do have some restrictions, so please read our FAQ document and check the Terms & Conditions carefully before booking!

Deposit

We ask for full payment of £175 for the hire period and an additional £100 refundable deposit to secure your booking. If you leave on time, stick to the Terms & Conditions and clear up before you go, your deposit will be refunded on the Tuesday after your event and should be back with you by the end of that week.

Please be aware there is no extension time to the end of parties, even if you offer to pay extra.
